Meeting reminders now arrive about an hour before the meeting instead of a day ahead — and they go to everyone involved, mentor and mentee alike, not just the mentee. You always get the reminder in the app; the email version follows your notification settings, so you can switch it off and still see the reminder on your bell. Each meeting is only ever reminded once.

Important events now reach you by email, not just in the app: a mentorship request being approved or rejected, a new request landing in the admin queue, an enquiry from your public profile (you can reply straight to the sender), and meeting requests being sent, accepted or declined. Everything respects your notification settings, and there is a new "Mentorship updates" switch to turn just those off.
Goals can be sorted newest-first or oldest-first, and completed goals move out of your active list into a new Archive tab — where they keep their completion date and can be reopened at any time.
